Paddlefit
Paddlefit is a healthy fun fitness lifestyle for all. Outdoor fitness training that will help achieve your paddling and fitness goals. This is the newest trend!!!!! Get to be outdoors on the water in the beautiful big bear mountain scenery while having fun in the sun. We start off with a 20 min warm up paddle with core strengthening and training exercises that focus on arms, legs, and abs. Finish off with a nice paddle back with some stretching and balancing techniques. It’s a great 75 min workout that you will feel right away. Paddleboarding is where you use control and core. It’s a great way to relive stress and bring balance into your life. Do something fun and different that’s is healthy and good for your mind, body and soul….YOLO☀️
Paddle Yoga
Take your practice out on to the water the board is your mat. There is no better way to connect with nature and truly be in the present moment. This class will help increase core stability, balance and flexibility. Great way to relax you mind, body and soul. “Levitate while you meditate”.
Sunset Paddle
This class is a great way to end your day and rejuvenate you mind and body. Come enjoy the beautiful water and mountain scenery with the colors of the sunset! Bring family, friends or by yourself to rewind from your day.
Beginner paddle
Great class for first time paddlers or someone who would like to learn new techniques. Will show you how to get on and off board, stand up and paddle correctly great for everyone!
